The right to transparent information

 

You are entitled to receive information on personal data stored on our personal information, free of charge, pursuant to Article 15 (1) of the GDPR. This primarily means:

Right to rectify

You are entitled to request immediate deletion of your personal information when one of the following reasons exists:

  • mother's name,

  • place and date of birth,

  • gender,

  • citizenship,

  • place of residence and residence,

  • phone number and e-mail address,

  • the title of a non-Hungarian citizen who resides in Hungary, the name and number of the document granting the right of residence,

  • the participant's social security identification mark,

  • data relating to the training relationship, relating to the apprenticeship, the apprenticeship, the qualification and the qualification of his / her educational and vocational qualifications,

  • the language skills, the training, the qualification of the qualification or other competence acquired, the place, time and result of the examination, in the case of supported training, as required by the sponsorship contract: eg. photos, sound recordings,

The duration of data processing is 5 years, or 7 years for data to be filed with the tax deadline, 8 years for the data required to complete the accounting obligations.

  • experience of candidate (language, duration)

  • ability to bill

  • whether the candidate is a motor vehicle
