Data Management Notice
In which the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) informs the User, as a visitor and user of the https://www.novoschool.hu/ website (hereinafter: Website) and a recipient of its services, about its data management and data protection rules.
This Data Management Notice is effective from January 24, 2025. The Data Controller makes the current version of the Data Management Notice available on its Website.
The Data Management Notice was prepared based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: "GDPR"), also considering Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter: "Infotv."), its conceptual system is identical to the concepts defined in Article 4 of the GDPR, and in certain points, it is supplemented by the interpretive provisions of Section 3 of the Infotv. In matters not specified in this Data Management Notice, the rules of the GDPR, or in cases permitted by it, the rules of the Infotv. apply as a supplementary measure.
The Data Controller is entitled to prepare an extract from the content of this Data Management Notice in connection with certain data management activities, and may also ensure that, in connection with the preliminary information regarding the processing of personal data, the data subjects declare by signing this document that they have read and acknowledged the contents of the extract. The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Data Management Notice. If the modification affects the use of the personal data provided by the data subject, the data subject will be informed of the changes in an appropriate form, such as an informative email. If the details of the data management also change as a result of the modification of the Data Management Notice, the Data Controller will specifically request the data subject's consent.
