Please note: You need to have at least an intermediate knowledge (B1 level) of spoken and written Hungarian language

The Hungarian Citizenship Exam:

 

• Consists of two parts (written and oral), in the Hungarian language

 

• Is not a language exam, but a test and an interview testing your knowledge of the Hungarian history, literature, culture, geography and civil law 

 

• Is held in Budapest, once a month, on a predetermined dates, in front of an examination board of three people

To join the preparatory course:

 

• You need to have at least an intermediate knowledge (B1 level) of spoken and written Hungarian language 

 

• If you'd like to apply, please fill out an online application form

• Once you fill out the application form for the course, we will invite you for a short oral test (to check if your Hungarian is at least on B1 level)​

  8.500 HUF/60 minutes ​VAT-free
